Arden J. Curry, II was selected by Super Lawyers. This is a culmination of a selection process in which no more than 5% of the attorneys in West Virginia are selected. Pauley Curry has been accepted to the Martindale-Hubbell Bar Register of Preeminent Lawyers™. Only those selected law practices that have earned the AV® Preeminent™ Law Directory rating and have been elected by their colleagues as preeminent in their field are included in the guide. This places Pauley Curry in the country’s 5% of law firms who qualify.
Martindale-Hubbell is the largest nationally recognized attorney organization in the country. For the past 100 years, Martindale-Hubbell has rated all of the attorneys in the United States. This is a result of “an extensive, confidential review conducted among the legal profession.” The highest ranking any attorney can achieve is the AV rating. The AV rating is “a reflection of having achieved the highest levels of professional skill and integrity.” One’s level of legal ability is considered to be “very high to preeminent.” The AV rating “signifies that your legal abilities are the very highest standard and that your professional ethics are unquestioned.
The Million Dollar and Multi-Million Advocates Forum was established in 1993 and is “one of the most prestigious groups of trial lawyers in the United States.” “Membership is limited to attorneys who have won million and multi-million dollar verdicts and settlements.” The quality of the membership is “very impressive and includes many of the top trial lawyers in the country.” “The common fact is that they have each demonstrated, in an objective and tangible way, their ability to accomplish superior results in complex cases.”
The American Trial Lawyers Association is a national organization composed of the top 100 trial lawyers from each state. “Membership is obtained through special invitation and is extended only to those attorneys who exemplify superior qualifications of leadership, reputation, influence, stature, and profile as civil plaintiff or criminal defense trial attorneys.”
